SHARON REED

She was born November 26, 1948, in Steubenville, OH, to the late Robert W. and Thelma V. (Thomas) Barnhart. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Reed.

Sharon lived her life with a quiet kindness and a deep love for her family and friends and was a long-time member of the Weirton Heights Church of Christ. Sharon had a green thumb and enjoyed filling her home and yard with flowers. She loved baking and decorating cakes for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions. Her Sheltie dogs held a special place in her heart and were a daily source of comfort and companionship.

She leaves behind her two sons, Bradley (Chantelle) Reed of Mt. Juliet, TN, and Bryan (Laney) Reed of Louisville, KY; five grandchildren who she dearly loved, Elijah, Evan “Evie”, Chloe, Savannah, and MacKenzie Reed; her sister, Yvonne Price of Sun City Center, FL; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins who were part of her extended family.
