CARL BONECUTTER
Carl H. Bonecutter, Sr., 84, of Bloomingdale, Ohio, passed away at his residence on August 21, 2025. He was born in Steubenville on December 22, 1940, the son of the late Richard and Dorothy Matthews Bonecutter.
Carl founded Bonecutter Drilling in 1958 and Boney’s in 1987, where he enjoyed talking with his customers.
Carl was preceded in death by his two sons David H. and Jeffrey H. Bonecutter.
Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Antoinette Romano Bonecutter; sons Carl (Robin) II and Dominick (Angela); daughter-in-law Gretchen; five grandchildren Isabelle (Anthony), Miranda (Tim Newburn), Carl H. III (Lani), Casey (Brian Tibbs) and Levi; four great grandchildren Ethan, Teegan, Aubrey and Ryder; and good friend Ronnie Brownlee.
Private services and burial at Unionport Cemetery.
