Betty "Joann" Osburn, age 92, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2025 in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Joann was a beloved mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and friend. Her warm heart, steadfast faith, kind inviting smile and gentle spirit touched all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George "Neil" Osburn in 1998.
She is survived by her four children, Sharon Osburn, Marcia (David) Radel, Scott (Dawn) Osburn and Ellen Heit. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A gravesite memorial service will be held on October 2, 2025 at 11:00am at the Unionport Cemetery in Jefferson County.
