FRANK FUSCARDO
Frank Nick Fuscardo, 89 of Huntington, WV passed away peacefully at home following a short illness, and was taken into the arms of his heavenly father Thursday, September 4th, 2025. A private graveside service will be held with Father James Sobus officiating.
Frank was born January 28th, 1936 in Follansbee, WV, and was the son of the late Francis “Frank” and Mary (Cosenza) Fuscardo. He was a devoted husband, father, uncle, grandfather, and great grandfather.
Frank was preceded in death by his loving wife Sandra (Skanes) Fuscardo, two brothers, Anthony and Ralph Fuscardo, two sisters Rose Marie Fuscardo and Florence (Fuscardo) Cassella and a daughter Cathy (Bills) Windeatt.
He is survived by his son Jeffrey (Lorrie) Bills, three grandchildren, Jenna (Daniel) Ramey, Jacob Bills and Bryan Chambers, seven great grandchildren, two brothers, Nick and Sundo Fuscardo and many nieces and nephews, one of which, Michael Fuscardo, being his godson.
Frank was honorably discharged from the United States Army and, in 1962, moved from Weirton/ Follansbee, WV to Huntington to begin his entrepreneurship journey with a pizza business. In 1963, he transitioned to barbering, and by 1968, he opened his own barbershop on 4th Ave. next to Marshall University, “Frank’s Campus Barbershop”. After decades of success, Frank retired earlier this year, officially passing the business down to Jeff.
