MARK JOSEPH IRVIN

Born May 7, 1958 in Weirton, he was the son of the late Jack and Jean Irvin. Mark lived the last year of his life in Virginia, spending time with his daughter and granddaughter. He was a retired machinist from Weirton Steel and Eagle Manufacturing with over 30 years of service. He was an avid classic car enthusiast and talented inventor. He enjoyed working on projects in his garage, especially his 1953 Chevrolet Pickup truck, which he restored twice. Mark was Catholic by faith. He loved animals of any kind, especially cats, notably his most recent cat Mango, who he trained to walk on a leash.

Mark is survived by his daughter Amanda (Ryan) Irvin Pulice of Great Falls, VA; granddaughter Samantha Pulice; step-son Aaron Schons of Weirton, WV; and step-granddaughter Isabella Schons. Per Marks wishes there will be no visitation. He will be laid to rest, at a private memorial, at St. John’s Cemetery, Colliers, WV, near his former home that he built himself and called paradise.
