DARL CLINE

Darl Edwin Cline, 86, of Amsterdam, Ohio, passed away on October 1, 2025. He was born on January 19, 1939, in Island Creek Township, to the late Ray and Arabella Cline. In addition to his parents, Darl is preceded in death by his siblings, Ray Eugene Cline and Maxine Call.

Darl was an avid gardner, he loved spending his time in his garden.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Cheryl (Sutton) Cline; his son, David (Denise) Cline of Lisbon, OH; his daughter, Judith Heiss of Wyoming; and his 6 grandchildren.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 2-4 P.M. A funeral service will be held the following day, Monday, October 6, 2025, at the funeral home at 11 A.M. with Pastor Tom Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Center Chapel Cemetery in Steubenville.

The family would like to thank all of the wonderful nurses at Valley Hospice and Traditions Health Hospice for their care.
