RUTH McNEIL
Ruth A. McNeil, 96, of Alliance, Ohio passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at The Orchards. She was born on October 14, 1929 in Steubenville the daughter of the late Stephen & Florence Hadsell George. She was a retired sales associate at both Carlisle’s and JC Penney.
Preceding Ruth in death were her husband Charles E. McNeil and three brothers Paul Dean, William and Donald George.
Ruth is survived by her children Linda (Richard) Hite, Dennis (Tammy) McNeil & Charlene (late Richard) Duro; four grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Friday, October 31, from 10 – 11 a.m. services. Burial at Fort Steuben.
