Charlotte Mae (Butler) Brown, a loving mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Valley Hospice in Steubenville, Ohio on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the age of 77.
Family and friends will be received Monday, November 3, from 2 pm to 5 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH, where services with Kenny Kourim will follow at 5 pm.
Guests are invited to wear black and gold in honor of Charlotte’s favorite sports teams, her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. A meal and refreshments celebrating Charlotte’s life will follow at the Smithfield Fire Department. www.jefosterfh.com
