BOB ROUSH

Robert H. ‘Bob’ Roush, II, 59, of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday, December 26, 2025, under hospice care, after a short battle with the rare Anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC). Bob was able to spend Christmas day with his family, which was his goal since he was diagnosed this past spring.

Bob was born June 5, 1966, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Robert H. Roush, Sr. and Juanita J. (Boyer) Roush, who survives.

Since the mid 1990’s Bob has been working at Timet in Toronto, most recently in the Scarp and Shipping Departments. Bob was a 1984 graduate of Jefferson Union High School.

Bob’s biggest passion was helping others, and he enjoyed hanging out with his grandchildren. He had a love for his Harley Davidson motorcycles and Jam Nights over at Kenny B’s, his cousin’s bar in Weirton, WV.

Bob leaves behind his wife, Brenda Kay (Carr) Roush; his two children, Kayla (Aaron) Mosti of Toronto and Tyler (Katie) Roush of Weirton, WV; his mother, Juanita Roush of Toronto; two sisters, Carrie (Rusty) Hodgkiss of Richmond, OH, and Holly (Dave) Clark of Athens, OH; his two grandchildren who called him Papa, Addilynn and Alden Mosti, and his loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends who refer to him as “Cousin Bobby.”

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, December 30, from 3 pm to 6 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Bob’s service will follow at 6 pm, with Pastor Tony Foglio officiating. www.jefosterfh.com
