CHARLES HARTLINE
Charles Robert Hartline, 78, of Wintersville, Ohio peacefully passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on February 10, 2026. Charles was born on December 4, 1947 in East Liverpool, Ohio a son of the late Charles J. & Ruth Russell Hartline. Charles proudly served in the US Army before spending many years working for the Weirton Steel Corporation. He was always all about his family and showed this by being a hard-worker who kept a smile on his face.
Charles is preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years Della Mae Hartline on February 2, 2026 and brother Bruce Hartline. He is survived by his children Terry (Gary) Travis, Lisa Toepher & James (Ann) McEndree; grandchildren Amanda (William) Johnson, Tabatha (Tyler) Firlik, Michael (Courtney) Hager as well as four additional grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren Brayden, Bryce, Hassan, Adonis, Silas, Caitlyn & Mila Mae and seven additional great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild Kinsleigh and siblings Carl Hartline, Janet Ferron & Kathy Ray.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday from 10 am until the time of services at 12 pm with Rev. William Westling officiating. Burial with Military honors at Union Cemetery.
