SAMUEL EARNHARDT

Sam was born November 2, 1962, in Weirton, West Virginia, to Gladys G. Earnhardt of Salisbury and the late Lacey J. Earnhardt. He was a graduate of North Rowan High School class of 1981 and attended Johnson Bible College. He enjoyed acting in the local community theatre and cooking, having worked as a chef around town.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lacey J. Earnhardt.

Surviving are his mother, Gladys G. Earnhardt; sister, Sharon Earnhardt (Robert Paolino); nieces and nephews: Erika Young, Shafiq Moujahed (Jasmine), Sara Bryant (Brandon); great-nieces and nephews: Johnathan, Gavin, Evan, Logan, and Hazel and great-great niece, Hadlee.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 11, from 1-2 p.m. at Summersett Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in Summersett Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Jonathan Laws. Burial will follow the service at City Memorial Park.
