RICHARD RINE
Richard Anthony Rine, 56, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on April 7, 2026, while vacationing in Aruba.
Rich will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, competitive drive, and passion for life . He leaves behind a legacy of love, friendship, and unforgettable memories.
He is survived by his devoted partner of 25 years, Cindy Kay Walker; his daughter, Adrienne Richell Rine; and his grandchildren, Viviane Claire Bradley and Omari Anthony Bradley. He is also survived by his siblings, Caleb L. West and Heidi R. Rine, along with many extended family members and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Janeth L. West and Dick Rine.
