WILBUR GARRISON

A celebration of life memorial picnic for Wilbur Garrison, 80, of Bridgeport, Ohio, who died December 2025, is slated 1-4 p.m. April 25 at Wheeling Park’s Schwertfeger Shelter. Wilbur was a retired Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel steelworker, an avid antique collector and a Wheeling Central graduate.
