RICHARD C. SAYLOR
Richard C. Saylor, 83, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away May 27, 2026 at home from a long battle with cancer. He was born in Steubenville the son of the late Charles “Nook” & Marion Quillen Saylor.
Richard retired from Weirton Steel in 2006. He was a member of the 25-year club of Weirton Steel and past president of Big Red Booster Club.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Karen Morgan Saylor, two sons Bryan of Wintersville & Brad (Anna) of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren Colby, Braleigh & James; niece Kathy Roberts; nephew Mike Phillips; former daughter-in-law Tracy Malarski and faithful companion Marley.
