ROBERT HARMAN
Robert “Bob” Harman, 88, of Sardis, OH formerly of New Martinsville, WV took the next step on his journey on Sunday, March 22, 2026 with his family by his side.
Bob was born November 18, 1937, in New Martinsville son of the late John W. and Eldora (Lehew) Harman.
He enjoyed fishing and eating fish, listening to the Steelers, West Virginia Mountaineers and Pittsburgh Pirates. Bob played football for Magnolia High School and lettered in 1954. He enjoyed being a Pastor’s Spouse and was very much a part of the ministry and he was a member of the First Church of God.
Surviving is his wife of forty-nine years, Rev. Cathy E. (Goudy) Harman; son, Rob Harman; daughter, Tammy Oliver; grandson, Caleb Robert Drew; granddaughters, Bailey and Anabel; brothers, John Roger Harman, Allan Harman and Gary Harman; sister, Lynda Henderson.
Friends received noon until time of memorial service at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the First Church of God, 255 Russell Ave., New Martinsville, WV with Jim Seabright, Clarence Creer and Tom Wood officiating.
