CLIFFORD LOWER
Clifford “Cliff” Eugene Lower, 64 of Colliers, WV passed away June 19, 2026, at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV.
He was born November 6, 1961, in Huntsville, AL to Kenneth Lower and Janyce Kuhns Underwood.
Cliff worked at Voto Specialty Rigger, Sales Associate, served in the Air Force during Peace Time, was a member of the Colliers First Church of God and Colliers Sportsman Club.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather Lawrence Underwood, and his brother Lawrence Underwood. In addition to his mother he is survived his wife Mary Martha “Marti” Dawson Lower, two sons Travis Lower (fiance Hillary Black) of Irondale, OH, Joseph “Joey” Lower of Steubenville, OH, three brothers John Lower (Deb) of State College, PA, Steve Lower (Darla) of Bridgeville, PA, Troy Underwood of Weirton, WV, three sisters Lindy Faulkner (Mark) of VA, DeEtta Burris of Weirton, WV, Rosemary Underwood of FL, seven grandchildren, Grayson, Brantley, Oliver, Dawson, Granger, Parker and Roman also survive.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 24 2026, at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV from 5 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. with Pastor Eric Spencer officiating.
