John Kenneth ‘Voo’ Banks, 77, of Palm Harbor, Fl., formerly of Steubenville and Cadiz, OH, passed away on Monday June 15, 2026.
Visitation will be held on Sunday June 21, 2026, from 2-5 pm. at J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc. 701 Findley St. Toronto, OH.
A Celebration of John’s life will follow at the Toronto American Legion Hall, 415 Market St. Toronto, Ohio.
