Karen L. Donnelly, 84, of Wintersville died Friday, September 18, 2026, at Country Club Manor. She was born on August 6, 1942, in Steubenville to the late Albert and Evelyn Cole Welch.
Karen was a homemaker and enjoyed playing the slots at Mountaineer Casino.
Surviving are son Jeff Donnelly of Wintersville; daughter Lorrie (William) Little of Bloomingdale; brother Gary (Carol) Welch of Florida; two sisters Judy Doyle of Steubenville and Gloria Buchanan of Louisville, OH; nephews Jim (Joyce) Doyle, Albert (Billie) Welch and Carl (Karen) Shoemaker; niece Carla (Jason) Swope; three great nephews and two great nieces; also her cat Gizzy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23, from 3-6 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd. Steubenville.
