Terry Elaine Birdsall passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026, in Chandler, Arizona, with family nearby. She was 80 years old, having been born on June 29, 1946, in North Fairfield, Ohio.
Terry spent most of her life in Steubenville, Ohio, where she attended Roosevelt Elementary, Harding Junior High, and Steubenville Big Red, Class of 1964. Terry loved helping people, and this is evident throughout her career, where she spent years working with clients at the Head Start Program, Family Planning of Jefferson County, and 20+ years managing Mupas- Chinakarn OB/GYN practice.
Terry is preceded in death by her parents, the Reverend Geo. Crenshaw and Norma Elaine (Silliman) Crenshaw.
She is survived by her brother, Geo. W. Crenshaw (David); her daughter, Telly (Todd) Rivenburgh-Williamson of Arizona; her son, Thomas Sean Birdsall of Ohio; grandchildren, Alissa Rivenburgh of Arizona and Zach (Rachel) Rivenburgh of Arizona; great-grand children, Olivia, Henry, and Theodore; her loving cat, George; other family members and close friends who will remember her with love.
Her remains will be interred with those of her parents at New Alexandria Cemetery.
A private celebration of her life with her family will take place at a later date.
