William R. (Randy) McIntyre, 58, of Long Beach, California, formerly of Toronto, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on October 14, 2026, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Steedman McIntyre, in December of 2025, and his first wife, Melissa Nurczyk McIntyre in 1988.
Randy graduated from Toronto High School and THE Ohio State University, after serving six years in the US Army. He was an avid Buckeye and Pittsburgh Steeler fan, and loved playing the guitar, cooking, and his dog, Toshi.
He is survived by his wife, Tracey McIntyre of Long Beach; his father, Gary (Cathy) McIntyre of Toronto; brother James (Danna) McIntyre, and his precious niece, Daphne, whom he loved dearly, all of Costa Mesa, California. He is also survived by his stepsister, Julie Stenger and stepbrother John Grimm.
A private service will be held at a later time.
We will always love and miss him.
