Betty S. Woods, 80, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday September 13,2025 at her home. Betty was born July 14,1945 in Helena, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late James and Elizabeth Cobbins Howard. Betty was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was a homemaker and was Baptist by faith.
