Joseph Rayburn, age 85, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 16, 2025. He was born on June 10, 1939, to the late Joseph and Pearl Rayburn. After graduating from Steubenville High School, Joseph went on to serve four years in the United States Army. From there he worked for many years at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel.
