John Parkinson III, 90, of Adena, passed peacefully into the hands of the Lord on July 3, 2025, at the family farm. He was born as the only child of John “Fritz” Parkinson and Gertrude Calderhead Parkinson on September 1, 1934, and is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Judith “Judee” Parkinson, infant twins, and his parents.
