DONNA KINNEY RYAN

Donna Kinney Ryan passed away April 18, 2025 after a fatal fall. Born November, 1941 in Bergholz, OH to the late Edwin and Anne (McNinch) Kinney. She was also preceded in death by several loving Uncles and Aunts, husband, David and sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Jack O’Connor. She is survived by children, siblings, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends hither, thither and yon, and locally by double first cousins (fathers were brothers, mothers were sisters) H. Lee Kinney, Wintersville and James C. (Cheryl) Kinney, Richmond.

Mildred “Millie” Surgenor, 95, of Steubenville died Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Carroll Golden Age Retreat. She was born February 22, 1930 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late John and Mary Popko Zadzilko. She is also preceded in death by her husband Robert Surgenor; son Robert Surgenor; sister Vickie Julio; brother Walter Zadzilko; step-sisters Helen Haraczy, Lottie Gaudio, Ann Zorbini; step-brothers Bronislaw Kuczynski, Michael Kuczynski and Lammy Kuczynski.
