Arthur Leroy Watson, Jr., affectionately known as “Lee” or “Art,” passed away peacefully on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Weirton Medical Center following a brave and courageous battle with cancer. Lee was a devoted husband, father, and public servant who dedicated much of his life to protecting and serving the communities he loved. Richard Lynn McVicker, 79, of Weirton passed away on September 6, 2026. Survivors include his son, Richard “Chad” (Kelly) McVicker; grandchildren, Alexis Chadwick, Jared McVicker, Grace Rook and Lukas McVicker; and two great-grandchildren, Carmella McVicker and Camden Chadwick. She was born on September 20, 1932, in Weirton, WV, the daughter of the late Walter J. and Theresa (Ewasky) Larch, Sr. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Richard M.
