She is also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur L. Tustin (1998); daughter-in-law, Cindy Tustin (2012); 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Virginia was baptized in the First Christian Church in Burgettstown on May 29, 1957. Later she was a member of Salvation Army of Weirton, where she was active in the Ladies Group. William Edward Spiker of Cadiz, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, June 3 at home. He was born on August 26, 1933, in Scio, Ohio, the son of Jay and Elizabeth Spiker. He grew up in Scio with his brother Dick and sister Barbara.
