James W. Kustrin, 58, of Richmond, OH, passed away April 6, 2025. He was born November 26, 1966 in Steubenville, a son of the late Walter James and Betty (McCallister) Kustrin. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Matt Kustrin. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. James was a wonderful, loving husband and father. Beverly Diane Marcino, 67, of Seffner, FL died Sunday, March 30, 2025 at her home. She was born December 14, 1957 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Frank and Jessie Marlett Marcino. She is also preceded in death by her brothers Joe and Frank Marcino; sisters Ruth Ann Marcino and Judy Morrow; brother in law Jim Hartzell. Daunna J. Moffo, 79, of New Alexandria, OH, passed away Friday April 4, 2025 in the emergency room at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH. She was born October 8, 1945 in West Union, WV, a daughter of the late Bernard B. and Clara (Swiger) Ford, Sr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Cecilia Petras, of Dearborn, MI (formerly of Southgate), passed away on April 2, 2025, at the Allegria Village Assisted Living. She was 85 years old. She was born in Toronto, OH, and was a 1957 graduate of Toronto High School. Cecilia held a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and a Master of Arts degree from Eastern Michigan University. James Snider, 74, of New Cumberland, passed away April 3, 2025. He was born October 4, 1951, in Steubenville, the son of the late Hugh and Garnet (Lemasters) Snider. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon (Martin) Snider. James retired from Weirton Steel and also retired from Hancock County Schools where he worked as a bus driver.
