Kenneth G. Russlee, 76, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025, in the Country Club Manor in Steubenville, OH. Ken was born Sept. 9, 1948, in Steubenville, son of the late George S. and Dorothy A. (Huber) Russlee. He also was preceded in death by his twin brother, Donald C. “Russ” who died May 7, 2024.
