Jeffrey Lee Daniels was born to his late parents, James Earl and Josephine May Daniels, in Steubenville, Ohio. He passed away on April 7, 2025. After graduating from Steubenville High School, Jeff began a career working for the City of Steubenville Water Department, retiring after 36 years of dedicated service.
