Doris Jean Barnes Kirchner, 94 of Wellsburg, WV passed away January 6, 2025, at The Home of the Good Shephard, Wheeling, WV. She was born September 27, 1930, in Beech Bottom, WV to the late Merle and Isabelle Knepshield Barnes Sr. Jean worked as a clerk for the USDA WV Extension Office. Janet Koch of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at her home in Florida. She was born in Mingo Junction on April 27, 1943 the daughter of the late Howard and Sara Kugler Weber. She graduated from Wintersville High School, Class of 1961. Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Philip L. Koch, whom she married on August 1, 1970, and he passed away on July 4, 2002. Janet is survived by her two children Meleny J.
