Elaine M. Sleever O.F.S., 80, of Steubenville died Monday, February 3, 2025 at Trinity West. She was born November 15, 1944 in Dover, NJ and grew up in Flanders, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Vincent and Rosalie Schiavo Cooper. She is also preceded in death by her brothers Jim and Lawrence “Larry” (living spouse Arlene) Cooper; sisters Terese Henry, Virginia Guerra and Mary Cooper Finnegan. Mark Tiberio, 67 of Wintersville, died Monday at Trinity West ER. He is the husband of Tina Boniey Tiberio, Father of Mark, Danielle, and Dana. Helen Geraldine Persons Smith, 85, of Moorefield, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Schoenbrunn surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on April 24, 1939, in Moorefield, Ohio, the daughter of the late Thomas M. and Mary D. Robison Persons, and the wife of the late Williard “Bill” L. Smith.

Helen Wright, 85, of New Cumberland, peacefully on February 15, went home to be with the lord. She was born in Hundred WV the daughter of the late Michael and Laura (Sapp) Stewart. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jolly “Brownie” Wright; a grandson, three brothers, Junior, Robert and Ronnie Stewart and a sister Carol Rhome.
