Nedra J. Lowe, 78, died peacefully in Bend, Oregon on January 23, 2025. She was born on Nov. 24, 1946, in Steubenville, Ohio and grew up in Wellsburg, WV. She was the daughter of Frank and Margaret Molnar Kotch, both deceased. She is survived by her husband John and son John Robert Lowe and his wife Amy. Her three grandsons Zach, Sam, and Ben.
