Jeanette R. Loar of Chester passed at the East Liverpool City Hospital on Monday, October 1, 2024. She was born April 11, 1938, in Lacroft, Ohio to Harold and Anna Jordan Blankenship. Jeanette worked for many years at the Waterford Inn, later known as Mountaineer Lodge, as front desk supervisor and night auditor. She is survived by her devoted husband, Russell Loar of Chester.
