Mary Ellen Sutton, 98, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away April 24, 2026 at Magnolia Manor. She was born July 14, 1927 in Salem, WV, a daughter of the late Cleaoras and Lucy (Jenkins) Holtz. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Vance Sutton; siblings, James “Jim” Holtz, William “Bill” Holtz, Charles “Chuck” Holtz, Naomi Phillips, and Patricia Maditz Mary was a charter member of Wintersville Community Chapel. David L. Collins passed away on April 25, 2026 at 89 years old. David was born at home on Dec. 9, 1936 son of the late James H. and Edna Collins. He worked at Weirton Steel for 30 years before retiring. He also served in the military operating radar during the Cold War.
