Barbara D. Layman, 72, of Toronto, Ohio passed away Saturday October 12, 2024 at Trinity Medical Center West. Barbara was born April 8, 1952 in Steubenville, Ohio the daughter of the late Robert & Barbara Brandt Blackburn. She worked many years in the Accounting department for Biggio/Team Ford in Steubenville. Barbara enjoyed her retirement to the fullest. Terry Forrester, 76, Of Rayland, OH, passed away, Thursday, October 10, 2024, at his home. He was born on March 19, 1948, in Wheeling, WV, to the late Marvin and Norma (Barcus) Forrester.
