Joyce passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at Advinia Care in Northbridge, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Samuel L. Maffett, who passed away in 2017, after 39 years of marriage. Born in Steubenville, OH on September 24, 1948, Joyce was the daughter of the late Eugene Henry Conn and Marjorie A. Rhonda McGrew, 65 of Wintersville, Ohio passed away at home on September 28, 2024 following a sudden health crisis. She was born December 12, 1958 in Steubenville, Ohio the daughter of the late Emerson A. McGrew and Leah A. Ignace McGrew. Rhonda was a 1977 graduate of Jefferson Union High School. She was co-owner of Paramount Technologies, Inc. of Follansbee, WV. She had previously worked as a clerk for USPS. Rhonda was a member of the Steubenville Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
