He was born June 7, 1950 in Steubenville, OH a son of the late Elwood “Junior” “Woody” and Clara F. (Mayle) Rine, Jr. Dick was a retired Millwright, working at the former Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp. for 51 years then more recently at AK Steel. In addition to her parents, Cheryl is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Dominic Shepherd. Cheryl loved playing cards and was involved in a card club with her friends. Lawrence Charles Stroud, Sr. of Burgettstown, PA, passed away unexpectedly on June 26, 2024, at the age of 71. Born in Follansbee, WV, on December 12, 1952, he was a son of the late Donald M. and Edna S. Yaros Stoud. He was a faithful husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother to his family and a proud US Marine veteran, having served during the Vietnam War from 1971 to 1973.
