David E. Hope Sr., 81, of Richmond, Ohio, passed away on March 16, 2024, at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born September 7, 1942, in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late Pearly and Dorothy (Wood) Hope. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bob and Bill Hope.
