He was born April 2, 1942 in Ross Twp., Ohio a son of the late Howard and Estella (Landis) Rhodes. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy (Peoples) Rhodes; two, daughters, Louis Ann Rhodes and Deborah Brown; three brothers, Everett, Paul, and Edgar Rhodes.
