Arlene Everly, 80, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on January 31st 2024 surrounded by her loving family in Chardon, Ohio. She was born on August 16th, 1943, the daughter of the late Emil Levin and Lillian (Lipson) Levin. Arlene is preceded in death by her brother, Dr. Phillip Levin (10/15/2010) and her husband Joel Everly (9/12/ 2023). Arlene and her family were members of Temple Beth Israel in Steubenville, Ohio for almost 40 years.
