Paul E. Smith, Jr. 75, of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday Jan. 5, 2024, in the Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH. Paul was born Sept. 9, 1948, in Steubenville, son of the late Paul E., Sr. and Mildred (Blankenship) Smith. He previously work -ed at Twin State Motors, as a Master Mechanic, and at the former Hancock Manufacturing Co. in Toronto. Paul was a Veteran of the US Marine Corp.
