Cleora was born on February 12, 1935 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late William and Bertha Kay Unrue. She was a member of First Westminster Presbyterian Church in Steubenville, Ohio. Cleora was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed bowling in both Weirton and Steubenville bowling leagues.
