Born, on September 24, 1933, in Cameron, WV., she was the daughter of the late Herman C. and Bertha I. Ryan Clark. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edgar VanGilder; daughters, Cheryl Jean VanGilder, and Sherry Huffman; brother, Bobby Clark and sister, Susie Clark. Francis E. “Buzz” Elliott, 84, of Richmond, Ohio, passed away on December 12, 2023. He was born on April 7, 1939, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Charles Elliott and Helen (Shook) Capen. In addition to his parents, Francis is preceded in death by his son, Richard Elliott; his brothers, Gibby, Jr, and Gary Elliott; and his sisters, Sis Everhart and Charmaine Mieczkowski.
