Richard J. “Rich” Byers, 92, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Thursday November 23, 2023 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH. He was born November 28, 1930 in Mingo Junction, OH, a son of the late Paul J. and Anna (Ubrin) Byers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul (Catherine “Kitty”) Byers; and a sister, Bernadette “Bernie” Carpico. Richard was a self-employed carpenter. Kay Lynn Dylewski, 71, of Steubenville, OH passed away with her son and newly daughter in law by her side. Kay was born on February 25, 1952 in Steubenville, OH Daughter of the late John and Frances (Mihalek) Spicer. Kay is also preceded in death by her husband James Dylewski, and her son Justin John Dylewski. Kay loved her cats and dogs and loved her boys the most.
