FLOYD OWENS Jr. Floyd Owens Jr., affectionately known as “Wing,” passed away on June 28, 2026, at the age of 59 in Steubenville, Ohio. Born on November 15, 1966, in Steubenville, Ohio, Floyd was the son of the late Floyd Owens Sr. and Alice Owens. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, a sister, nephews, nieces, and a host of loving family members, and friends. Maria McKinney, 65 of Locust Grove, GA formerly of Steubenville died Sunday June 28, 2026 in Georgia. She was born December 11,1960 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Concetta Fasone. She is also preceded in death by her two brothers, Sam and Joseph.
