Charles Robert Hartline, 78, of Wintersville, Ohio peacefully passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on February 10, 2026. Charles was born on December 4, 1947 in East Liverpool, Ohio a son of the late Charles J. & Ruth Russell Hartline. Charles proudly served in the US Army before spending many years working for the Weirton Steel Corporation.
