Arthur “Dale” White was born in Steubenville, Ohio on October 12, 1943, and passed away at home in Steubenville, Saturday, January 10, 2026. A proud alumnus of Steubenville High School Class of 1961, Dale then served in the U.S. Army from 1964-1968. He then graduated from West Liberty State College in 1973 while working at Weirton Steel Co. After 30 years of dedicated service, he retired from Weirton Steel Co.
