Atty Richard P. Kimmins of Weirton, formerly of Kennedy Twp., Pa, passed away at Allegheny General Hospital on January 5. Rick was preceded in death by his parents, William and Eleanor Kimmins, and his cherished schnauzers- Ike, Max, Hershey, Pete, and Sam. Rick is survived by his wife, Elaine Quinlan High-Kimmins, brother David (Pat) of Florida, son William Kimmins, stepson Jeff High (Meredith), grandsons Greg and Jacob High, and Nephew Morgan Kimmins.
