Atty Richard P. Kimmins of Weirton, formerly of Kennedy Twp., Pa, passed away at Allegheny General Hospital on January 5. Rick was preceded in death by his parents, William and Eleanor Kimmins, and his cherished schnauzers- Ike, Max, Hershey, Pete, and Sam. Rick is survived by his wife, Elaine Quinlan High-Kimmins, brother David (Pat) of Florida, son William Kimmins, stepson Jeff High (Meredith), grandsons Greg and Jacob High, and Nephew Morgan Kimmins. Michele Archangel Lelli, 73, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Sunday January 4, 2026 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Michele is preceded in death by her loving husband Raymond J. Kay Kennedy, 90, of Hopedale, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2026, at Sienna Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Wintersville, Ohio. Born on February 13, 1935, in Canton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Chalmer Chaddock and Odessa Close. Kay graduated from Carrollton High School in 1953. She was very independent, meeting life with strength and determination. She loved spending time playing cards with her friends, moments that brought her great joy.
