To the Editor,
I see going on almost four years our deli has been closed down and turned into a storage building which should never be allowed.
The people on Marland Heights need a deli, especially now that bad weather is coming on fast. Why should seniors be forced to go down the steep hill just to get a few things needed.
It's time our mayor and council step in and get this done.
Plus it's an employmant helper as well. I would love to see older seniors have a place they can go easily and get a few basic things needed instead of fighting the hill plus getting in trouble with a car if roads are bad.
Somebody step up and make this happen! We, as tax payers, need this deli reopened without excuses!!
