To the Editor,
Our nation's leadership has recently exhibited hope that areas within our country could be identified where our people could begin to return to work around the Easter season.
Amidst the ongoing need for the many resources needed to battle the invisible enemy, it is obvious that we share this hope that our country will begin to return to normalcy and be successful in our efforts to mitigate the impact of the coronavirus.
In addition to our efforts to follow the guidelines, control the spread of the virus, provide the appropriate health care and to increase resources such as ventilators, masks, increased facilities, protective gear, etc., and the logistics associated with such factors, perhaps our God would hear us, our families, country and communities if we petitioned him to guide us in each of our efforts to remember in some way the sacrifices that he and his son made for us as we celebrate the Easter and Passover seasons.
Hopefully, our commitment and prayer during Passover or our need to remember Jesus and his sacrifice for us on Good Friday and by spending some time in prayer by streaming an appropriate religious service during the Easter (resurrection) and Passover seasons would enhance the blessings our God would provide to us and he, in his mercy, would enable the holy spirit to facilitate our healing.
